Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Lots of games to keep the kids busy, A++. The view of the lake was also wonderful! We hope to be back soon. |

We had fun playing pool and foosball and relaxing in the hot tub. Our dog enjoyed running in the backyard. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future! |

March 12th, 20195 out of 5 starsWeekend GetawayWe came up to Big Bear for a weekend of skiing with our two sons and their friends. House was perfect for us as the two lower bedrooms for the boys are downstairs next to the garage which has the game room with pool table inside. The master is upstairs by the kitchen and family room. It had snowed a lot that week so the skiing was nice. The only thing is the driveway is not cleared of the snow so if you don’t have a big SUV with 4 wheel drive then it could be difficult. getting in and out. There was a shovel there and we did manage to clear some of it out a bit but we saw several ppl getting stuck in driveways. E had a great stay. |

Check in was so easy, the house was spotless, the bathrooms are updated and there's also a pull out couch in the sectional in the garage. The hot tub was so clean and fresh, and there's a park with tennis courts and playgrounds right around the corner in view from the house. We'd definitely stay again! |

One complaint was the cleanliness in the kitchen, as the dishes/glasses were very dirty and the silverware was old/worn down. Otherwise great experience overall and would do again. |

September 14th, 20174 out of 5 starsGreat Weekend Cabin!Rented this cabin for a weekend in August with family. Location was close to all need by stores and management was very helpful. Great place for family to get together with the open concept upstairs living and dinning area. We enjoyed the downstairs garage that was tuned into a rec pool room. The only issue was that the AC was not working and was very hot and stuffy. Also bring extra bath towels!Other than a few things this place is amazing and suited our needs. Will definitely be staying here for future Big Bear Adventures! |

March 2nd, 20164 out of 5 starsBirthday VacationThis is a great house in a great location. Love the layout inside, but pool table was not in living room as pictured, actually in garage. There were only a few issues for our entire stay. One is that any snow on the balcony drips water directly down to steps and front door. Very slippery if not salt on steps, but drips all over you. (We asked for the salt and they brought it.) Also, no door to the outside/hot tub except front door. No back door, or side door. And the master shower sprays directly on glass door, and leaks all over marble floor. Again, very slippery! Otherwise, the stay was wonderful, and the house very well equipped. |

November 17th, 20155 out of 5 stars30th Surprise BirthdayFirst the good things: Photos look exactly like the cabin. It was exceptionally clean when arriving and smelled like clean laundry (loved it). It had plenty of space for all the guests that stayed and the ones visiting for just the day. Living area and kitchen were big enough for everyone to mingle and hang out. The deck outside was large and didn't distance all the guests around the place when they smoked a cigarette. There was also a disposal for the cigarettes which was very convenient. Master bedroom was amazing. It was very spacious and super comfortable. Pictures don't do it justice. The other bedrooms were great and loved that they had another restroom downstairs. Pool table was as promised and provided weekend-long entertainment. Jacuzzi was hot and stayed hot all weekend (we made sure to always keep the top on when not in use.) Property manager was fast in responding to texts/calls and was readily available if we needed anything. Loved that we had wifi b/c my service was terrible. Yard was HUGE! And the view was biggest concern was that the fridge did not cool down and we had to put all our food in coolers and drinks outside in the cool air. It would kind of cool down during the night, but would warm up by early morning. A few things had to be disposed of. Freezer worked just fine though. I read that the dishes were to be cleaned by the residents that stayed. Unfortunately, the group that stayed before us did not clean the dishes and we had to clean every dish before use. Because this was a surprise birthday, I wish we had access to the garage to hide my car, but we ended up parking in a dirt lot down the street instead. The only other thing I would maybe suggest would be to provide cleaning supplies and oven mits/pot holders. We had to use a washcloth b/c we didn't realize there were none until after using the oven. I cleaned everything (counters, tables, chairs) with soap and the provided sponge. |

October 1st, 20154 out of 5 starsWE LOVED IT BUT ..The pictures look just like the cabin which was great. A big concern for me was the appliances. The fridge took 2 days to get cold, we stayed for 3 so you can imagine our frustration having to freeze all our food. We called the landlord who was fully aware it did not work. The bathroom sinks would clog & the oven knobs were loose making it hard to turn the gas off. Yes this sounds like a big no no BUT they are all things that can be fixed so we managed because everything else was wonderful. The jaccuzzi was perfect, i wish there was more lighting back there but we managed. the house was extremely clean & came with every pot & pan you could think of. The beds and couches were like heaven. The landlord did not disturb us and remained in contact when needed. I give this place 4 stars. A little tip for the landlord, maybe buy darker bathroom towels and update the appliances. All & all, my friends and I would stay here again. Its close to everything and we could see the lake from the balcony. Very quite neighborhood and perfect for selfies lol |
